In Czech republic, in the city of Karlovy Vary, famous for its thermal baths loaded with minerals, we discovered these pipes used to bring water to the baths, partially blocked. After a fine cut, we can appreciate the aragonite which settled there. The differences of colors as for a tree are due to the variation of the composition of the water. This mineral layer formed in hardly 40 years.
