Shinny brass pipe table lamp

A very unique table lamp with its golden solid brass pipes and its rectangular black lampshade, flatten in the back. It’s golden inside will gives a very pleasant light. Could it be inspired by the 1940's but made in the 70's? It is anyhow remarkable.
